Biography
Ernest P. Schloss, PhD is an Adjunct Lecturer in the MEZCOPH PHPM Department. Dr. Schloss has over 40 years of experience in health care, management and education in public agencies, hospitals, long term care, behavioral health, and ambulatory care facilities. He has worked in both the public and private sectors. His executive positions have included serving as the executive director of a non-profit community health planning agency, the vice president of planning and marketing at an academic health center, and outcomes evaluation leader for a health system. He also has been an organizational consultant, trainer, and facilitator, specializing in the areas of:
