Why did you choose public health?

Funny enough, my journey into public health was sparked by the unprecedented events surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Witnessing the impact of this health crisis served as a poignant reminder of the crucial role that public health plays in communities.

Why did you choose MEZCOPH?

I chose MEZCOPH due to my attraction to a new experience while nurturing a sense of belonging. Additionally, I wanted to broaden my horizons by making a meaningful contribution to the community of Tucson.

Public health interests:

Cancer, Aging, Infectious Diseases, Epidemiology, Behavioral Health

Interests/hobbies outside of school:

If I am not in classes or at the Student Union, catch me going to a concert!
