This project used pesticide application data from Arizona Department of Agriculture to determine children’s exposure to pesticide. The exposures were then spatially linked to biomarker measurements to determine the efficacy of the model. This project was supported by the Arizona Department of Health Services.
The primary research at Zuckerman College of Public Health is to advance fundamental, translational, and applied research that addresses the health needs of diverse populations and aims to make a profound and measurable impact on the health and well being of Arizonans and those living in the Southwest. The College’s research office fosters and supports this goal.
