The goal of this study is to learn about how work-demands and sleep affect mood and lifestyle choices. More specifically, we are interested in understanding how pre-shift sleep and the 911 calls received effect daily emotions, activity patterns, and caffeine intake. Information from this study may be used to develop wellness programs for 911 telecommunicators.
Collaborators on this project include Graciela Silva from the College of Nursing and W.D. Scott Killgore from the College of Medicine.
