Within the field of Maternal and Child Health, our college has a focus on addressing the many different aspects, environmental and otherwise, that affect the health of mothers and their children and promoting healthy practices.
The primary research at Zuckerman College of Public Health is to advance fundamental, translational, and applied research that addresses the health needs of diverse populations and aims to make a profound and measurable impact on the health and well being of Arizonans and those living in the Southwest. The College’s research office fosters and supports this goal.
